So, you're probably wondering...."what are the differences between 21 Day Fix and 21 Day Fix Extreme?". Let me tell you...
That's it. 30 minute workouts. Easy to follow meal plan. Support from a challenge group (when you order through a coach like me!). It's fool proof for success if you are committed to yourself.
I've learned that when I put myself out there, I hold myself more accountable to reaching my goals. That's why my team shares our goals with each other each month and my challengers share our "GOODBYE" pics each challenge group. So...here is mine. Stay tuned over the next 21 days!
Let me walk you through the first five days so far....
Day 1: Plyo Fix Extreme
This workout is a challenge. I started to feel the burn right away. Autumn doesn't joke when it comes to plyometrics. The burn is intense but with the mini breaks in between each move, it's doable. This one involves quite a bit of mini jumping and hops. LOTS OF WATER IS NEEDED!
Day 2: Upper Fix Extreme
Autumn and her push-ups. I just KNEW she would have them in here. I dread push-ups...even though I can actually do them now. 10 months ago, I couldn't do 1. This one was a tough workout but solid. I love how she switches back and forth from heavy to light weights. Even though you're still doing work, the light weights makes your mind think it's easy.
Let's not forget our nutrition. The meal plan is what is KEY! I'm missing some of my other choices from 21 Day Fix but Extreme is pretty similar for the most part...minus wine and chocolate morsels. Ah. Don't remind me. ;)

Here's an example of my breakfast...
-Steel cut oats (from Trader Joe's)
-Tsp of natural PB
-1/2 banana
Day 3: Pilates Fix Extreme
HAHAHA! I start this one laughing because now that I'm untangled from the resistance bands, I can actually tell you how this went. Besides laughing half the time and wondering if I was doing it right with the bands, HOLY SMOKES, FEEL THE BURN! I love the regular 21 Day Fix Pilates because I felt it was somewhat of a break....but the Extreme really took it to the next level. LOVE IT! I felt really good after I finished. Not to mention, I love that she breaks up Upper Fix Extreme and Lower Fix Extreme with Pilates Fix Extreme. My body needed it!!!!
Can't forget about the importance of my daily dose of nutrients! Come to mama! My healthy coffee. Today, we had to leave the house for our home appraisal (we are in the process of selling it) and little man and I rushed out of the house before 9:00am. Mama needed some iced coffee from Starbucks...so this was me in the parking lot...after I cleaned up the mess I spilled. Never. A. Dull. Moment. ;)
DAY 4: Lower Fix Extreme
As a busy mama, I do what I can. My little man LOVES to laugh at us workout and watch...and participate. Today, he wouldn't stop playing with my phone. I loved today's workout. It incorporates weights and some cardio moves to get the heart pumping. I love how she designs the moves to be done in 30-60 seconds with breaks in between. It makes a huge difference for me to mentally be able to stick to it. "You can do anything for 60 seconds"as Autumn says all the time! SO TRUE!!!!
Lunch consisted of some chicken and peppers in some EVOO and seasoning (today I used Old Bay). I threw this in a brown rice wrap with some hot sauce. YUMMM!
Day 5: Cardio Fix Extreme
STAY TUNED! I pushed play and within 5 minutes my little man needed me. That's the beauty of working out at home and working from home. I can change my schedule as needed based on my family's needs. <3
Thank you for following my journey thus far. STAY TUNED for more feedback and results.
