ANYONE HUNGRY FOR DINNER YET?!๐
We've had this the last two nights and I wanted to share since it's SO yummy and SOOOO easy!
INGREDIENTS:
- Shrimp
- 2 zucchinis (made into zoodles)
- Garlic
- Spinach
- Feta crumble
- Himalayan sea salt
- Shrimp

DIRECTIONS:
1. Sautรฉ garlic in pan (I use spray coconut oil)
2. Add 2 cups of spinach
3. Add shrimp and cook in the same pan and season with salt (to taste)
4. Set aside
5. Cook zoodles in the same pan (if needed add 1tbsp chicken broth)
6. Portion zoodles and shrimp/spinach and top with feta
7. ENJOY!๐
