CHANGE IS HARD!

I wrestled with my health and fitness my entire teens and 20's. Most times my desire to change wasn't bigger than my desire to quit my bad habits....like binging on Ben & Jerry's🍨 after a break-up, or getting a little TOO happy at happy hour, or stepping outside my comfort zone at the gym and getting off the dang elliptical and treadmill for 60min (going nowhere fast😜).
BUT I also think for SO MANY YEARS, I really did not know HOW to change.
I am SO thankful for a SIMPLE to follow lifestyle change that has completely CHANGED our lives. It really is 75% nutrition and 25% workout.
Having simple 30-40min workouts we can do together in the comfort of our home, easy portion control meal plan that feels nothing like a "diet"🍝, and the right daily vitamins that tastes like dessert = GAME CHANGER
