Guilt Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

As a health & fitness coach, I think people assume I don't eat any sweets.  Ummm, let's get one thing straight.  SWEETS ARE MY FAVORITE!!!  I eat sweets...in moderation.  You know I always preach the 90/10 rule.  Eat healthy 90% of the time and indulge 10% of the time.

One way I'm able to enjoy sweets on a regular basis is by making  a sweet treat that is guilt free!  This is one of my go-to cookies.  My only problem is not eating the whole batch. ;)
