VANITY OR VALUE

WHEN YOU LOOK IN THE MIRROR, DO YOU HAVE VANITY OR VALUE?

The girl on the left had VANITY. She was "living the dream". She had a great job, drove a luxury car, went to happy hour every other night, traveled all the time, and seemed not to have a care in the world. She valued THINGS and was pretty proud of herself for what SHE had accomplished. She searched for love in lots of places (church never seemed to have her "type"). She spent a lot of money on things. She ate and drank her weekends away at the "hot spots". She put her worth in how much money she made, how many friends she had, what kind of jeans she wore, what handbag she carried, and if she "looked" good. (ps: that dark black hair🙈). She was always searching for MORE but never really knew what exactly it was she wanted.

The girl on the right has VALUE. She is truly LIVING A DREAM, she has an unbelievable job, she downsized her luxury SUV and loves her Ford even more, she has "happy hour" every day drinking superfoods instead of alcohol, she goes on free vacations (thanks to that unbelievable job) and doesn't ever have to request time off because she's her own boss, and she does have cares ...LOTS of them...but she gives them all to God. She values PEOPLE and she is thankful that GOD has provided her everything she has and realizes she has only been able to achieve anything by the GRACE OF GOD. She searches for love in God's word. She spends more money on others and doesn't charge anything on credit cards anymore. She eats and drinks her weekends away at Chipotle and Starbucks...THE hottest spots. She puts her worth in what God says about her, how many people she inspires, how many people she shares Jesus' love with, and what kind of a mom, wife, coach, and friend she is. She is always searching for MORE PEOPLE TO HELP and she would LOVE to help YOU.
