Shhhhhh! I HAVE A SECRET I MUST SHARE WITH YOU ALL....

My mom was telling me that someone she was talking about the transformation I've had over the last 18 months said "Heather makes it look so easy! It comes easier for her."

The changes I've made over the last 18 months of my life physically, professionally, relationally, spiritually, financially, and mentally have NOT been easy. They have been HARD. I've fallen more times than I can count. I've been discouraged by not seeing my business grow faster. I've been discouraged by weight loss plateaus. I've been discouraged by others giving up on themselves that I poured my heart into. I've been discouraged by "friends and family" not supporting me. I've been discouraged by going back to my "old ways" and letting bad habits resurface. THE TRUTH IS, I have had to remind myself why I started, pray for God's guidance, and pick myself up off the ground to give it another GO time and time AGAIN!

I post on social media daily and share my journey NOT to make it look easy but to SHOW YOU WHAT IS POSSIBLE and to show you that YOU ARE WORTH IT! I want to inspire all of you that are BUSY, that have no "extra" time, that struggle with eating disorders and negative self body image, that are overwhelmed moms, that are tired of building someone else's dreams and putting theirs on the back burner, that KNOW they can do it but haven't found the the right support system to do it with.

YOU CAN DO ANYTHING YOU PUT YOUR MIND TO. But let me warn you---IT WILL NOT ALWAYS BE EASY...but truthfully, THAT is what makes it worthwhile.

You are going to have to want to change MORE than you want to stay the same. You are going to have to dig deep on the days you want to give up. You are going to have to FORGIVE yourself for setbacks and start over. And you MUST surround yourself with other positive, like minded, supportive people who have similar goals to you so they build you up when you are down. Better yet, HELP someone else do the same and your life will be forever changed.

SUCCESS IS ON THE OTHER SIDE OF YOUR COMFORT ZONE. Let's get uncomfortable together and end 2015 better than it started!❤
