8 MONTHS PREGNANT TO 20 MONTHS POSTPARTUM
The thought of becoming a mom SCARED me. To be perfectly honest, during most of my 20's, I didn't want to have kids because I thought that meant my "life" would be over. Being a mom meant giving up a lot (and it does!)----freedom, time, sleep, nights out, money, my career, and my body (goodbye perky boobs😂).
When we found out we were pregnant 8 weeks after getting married, to say we were shocked is an understatement. In that moment, I knew EVERYTHING was about to change. Little did I know, it would be the change I DESPERATELY NEEDED.
I gained about 60lbs with Nico. I did not eat right or exercise at all during my pregnancy and I was stressed to the max with remodeling our house, my job, and the change that was about to come our way. THANK THE LORD something "clicked" in me after having him. I knew I HAD to get healthy----mind, body, and soul----in order to be the mom and wife my boys deserve. Getting healthy --- mentally, emotionally, spiritually, physically, and financially WAS NOT about ME anymore. It was and IS about my boys and our family.
Becoming a mom has been THE hardest and most rewarding privilege. If you're a mom, you know what I mean.
The funny thing is, that tough CAN-DO girl I thought I was in my 20's doesn't even scratch the surface of the woman I'm becoming in my 30's.
NO MATTER WHERE YOU ARE AT IN YOUR LIFE, YOU CAN START TO BECOME THE BEST VERSION OF YOU TODAY! Be it your physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, or financial health. IT ALL MATTERS----and you can't effectively do one WITHOUT the other (like I tried to do my entire life).
If you are looking for some guidance on becoming the best version of YOU, I would LOVE to partner with you as your coach. Fill out this APPLICATION -OR- email me bbcoachheatherb@gmail.com. ❤
