OPERATION CANCUN IS ABOUT TO GO DOWN!
I'm not going to lie. I am SO excited and SO nervous!!! It's finally here! I am ready to kick it up a notch and get some EXTREME results with 21 Day Fix Extreme! Hubby and I are 21 Day Fix graduates and saw amazing results so we are really excited to give Autumn Calabrese's EXTREME workout a go! Her original 21 Day Fix is one of my absolute favorite programs because everyone sees success if they follow it. I recommend it to so many of my new challengers each month because just about anyone can do it. It's simple -- nutrition, 30 minute workouts, clean eating. We have an all expenses paid vacation in 2 months to Cancun (thanks to Beachbody!) and we want to feel and look the best we've ever looked. So, here goes nothing!
21 Day Fix Extreme is not for a beginner. It's an intense version of the original 21 Day Fix. The workouts are still 30 minutes which is IDEAL for us being busy parents. The meal plan still uses the color coded containers (easy to follow!) but it's a little more strict than the original 21 Day Fix. I know the meal plan probably won't be something we do forever (we LOVE the 21 Day Fix original meal plan...it's very realistic and maintainable with a happy/cheat meal here and there) but we know if we can give up some of the original foods for 21 days, we will get SHREDDED. Short term sacrifice for a long term benefit. Right?
We already tested out 3 of the workouts to give my February challengers a heads up....and they are intense! My lower half is so sore but a GOOD sore.

I'm pretty sure George and I haven't laughed THIS hard in a long time. Little man was even laughing at me...WHAT A CHALLENGE!!! Mark my word. I WILL MASTER THIS MOVE!
Hubby had to show off with his upper body strength! I am impressed!
In order to hold myself accountable for the next 21 days (officially starting Feb 16th), I am going to be sharing my 21 Day Fix Extreme journey here with you. Before pics to come! I've learned when I don't share my before pictures, it's so much easier to stray from the plan here and there. They are PROOF of your hard work. ALWAYS take before pictures and share them with someone you trust. So, if you don't see a SHREDDED version of me in 21 days, you will know I didn't stick to it and that can't happen!
