SEPTEMBER PROGRESS UPDATE: T25 & PiYO


As promised, I am updating you all on my progress this month. I shared with you several weeks ago that I got derailed on my health and fitness when my husband and I experienced a false positive pregnancy test in August (we are still trying!). I was really down and out and let it get the best of me. I finally SNAPPED OUT OF IT in early September and decided it was time to get back on track! What better way to get back on track than with my FIT FRIENDS! 

I've been combining both T25 and PiYO over the last month and loving the combo. T25 is a program I thought I'd never do (I love you Shaun T but I'm not a huge cardio fan) but I KNEW I needed to switch it up. I'm LOVING it! 

I am so grateful for my job as a health and fitness coach because when I continue to help others on their journey, it constantly reminds me of what we are capable of, including myself. Being a coach has kept me from getting too far off track on my own journey. I am human. I struggle with making the right choices every day just like any other person. The difference is, I choose to surround myself with other positive, motivating, inspiring, like minded people every day that constantly uplift me and make me want to do better and be better. Do you have that kind of community? I hope so!

My other saving grace for not getting too far off track is my superfood shake I have every day! I am nourishing my body with 9 servings of fruits and veggies, 70+ nutrients, probiotics, prebiotics, amino acids, and so much more each and every day, no matter how bad the rest of my nutrition is. SHAKEOLOGY HAS BEEN MY SAVING GRACE! Without it, I have no idea where I'd be in the beginning of this month...and who would complain about a 9 servings of fruits and veggies tasting like an Almond Joy?! (recipe below!)

The picture on the left was at the beginning of this month when I chose to eat my feelings in August and fall off track with my nutrition.😨 My jeans started getting tighter😖, my tummy was getting fluffier😜, and I felt like poo💩. I made quite a few bad choices over several weeks due to some life circumstances. ‪#‎lifehappens‬




My new favorite recipe is 1 scoop of Chocolate Shakeology, 10oz of water, 1 tsp coconut extract, 1 tbsp crushed almonds -- TASTES LIKE AN ALMOND JOY!!! Mmmmm!!!


Discipline is simply the choice between what you want NOW and what you want MOST. ‪#‎truth‬
