How I Get Out Of My Funky Town!




Life's tough.

Wear a helmet.


Not everyday will be rainbows and sunshine. We ALL have funky days (especially us women...thanks hormones) but we don't have to have funky weeks or months!



When the funky train 🚂 pulls into my station, I send it on its funky way by....


1. Wake up and say something I'm thankful for. Starting my day with a grateful heart helps me focus on the good. ‪#‎positivitybreedspositivity‬

2. Pray and ask God to use me and guide me throughout the day and live a life according to HIS purpose, not mine. ‪#‎controlfreak‬

3. Workout. Endorphins and dopamine are NO JOKE. Our very own HAPPY pills built into our bodies! #funisfree


4. Do something nice for someone else. It's not about me. It's about others.‪#‎sometimesigetittwisted‬

Are you in a funk? I'm praying for you to GET OUT OF YOUR OWN WAY, put on the helmet of life, be grateful, be kind, and GO EXERCISE!!!
