True Strength

STRENGTH is seen on the outside but built on the INSIDE!👊🏻
What are you doing today to STRENGTHEN yourself? I spent years focusing on the outside--wanting to look skinny, wear a certain size, be a certain weight, and look a certain way. The problem is, IT WAS WAY TOO HARD to achieve because I wasn't working at all on my MIND & HEART. That is where TRUE strength lives!
Here are 3 things you can start doing TODAY to strengthen your inside:
1. STOP the negative self-talk and START the positive self talk. Our minds are records--the negative can be deleted and replaced with POSITIVE!
2. Pray!🙏🏻 God seriously has it ALL FIGURED out. If only we'd talk to Him more so He could share His plans.🙌🏻
3. Start listening to Chalene Johnson's podcast either when you get ready in the morning or in the car (it's FREE!!)! My girl has CHANGED MY LIFE and she can help change yours, too!
