Little man LOVES animals and sings Old McDonald all the time! I've also become obsessed with PLANKS during this pregnancy. It's such a great full body workout! So here is my animal inspired plank workout for you this FRI-YAY morning!
Do each move for 30-60 seconds!
1. Caterpillar Crawl Plank
2. Dolphin Plank
3. Donkey Kick Single Leg Planks
4. Kangaroo Hop Cross Jack Planks
5. Cheeta Run Plank
